I hope everyone has had a wonderful week! Our Knit/Crochet Nights are really starting to grow! We always welcome every fiber artist. We also have spinners come as well! As always, Knit Night is free every Wednesday from 5 - 9 with free refreshments and treats! It's such an inspiration to be able to see what everyone is working on and it also gives you a chance to meet some of the teachers!
If you can't make it on Wednesdays, our Saturday Knit Therapy Group is awesome!
Feel free to come in anytime just to sit and knit. Bring your group or just yourself! We have plenty of room!
See you soon!

Vanilla Latte Socks

"These are vanilla socks with just a tiny kick of caffeine like the coffee milk my grandmother treated me with when I visited her.
In a way this is a sock recipe. Included are directions for knitting with 56, 64, and 72 stitches. You choose your favorite cuff ribbing, then choose between three heel flap variations, and two different toes."

Southern Comfort Summer Hat

"It was such an honor when Tracy from Crochet for Cancer asked me to design a hat for chemo patients. I wanted this hat to be lightweight, cool and most importantly.....elegant. I love making my summer hats and since this one is the first for the year, I decided it would be appropriate to call it Southern Comfort to follow suit for my other Southern hats with the difference being this hat is free! I've also designed the brim with a special stitching so that it is stronger and won't flop down in your face."

"I hope that you will consider making this hat as a donation for the cause."

Canaletto Cowl

The Canaletto cowl is wide and luxurious, and emphasizes geometric lines and simple textures. Bands of seed stitch and eyelets are intersected by stocking stitch, and each texture catches the light differently. The stacked eyelets create a gentle bias, adding to the cowl's flexibility for looping around your neck. Pattern includes two sizes; the larger size can be looped twice; the smaller size makes a neck hugging warmer. Suitable for the adventurous beginner.

Beauty In Ashes Lace Wrap

This simple but elegant lace pattern is perfect for knitters who want to experiment with lace knitting. It is an easy pattern for beginners and knits up quickly.
It is also great for use with variegated yarns because the lace won't distract from the color changes.

Simple Skyp Socks

Adrienne designed this sock pattern based on one of her favorite stitches for socks. She can't recall where she first saw this stitch or if "skyp" was the actual abbreviation that was used. All she does know is that she love this stitch, the abbreviation makes sense to her and she has been using them both for years.
